We focus on creativity coupled with some familiarity. We also focus on flavors that are pronounced, defined, interesting and complimentary but not overwhelming. Lili’s isn’t what we would define as "cutting edge" but we do spend a lot of time and effort trying to stay ahead of the curve.

Shuck Me serves the basic Texas seafood dishes: fried catfish, oysters and shrimp, fries and hush puppies. But the menu also has grilled snapper, grilled salmon, trout and grouper, along with farm-raised catfish and tilapia. And Shuck Me adds some border flavors. The gumbo and red-beans-and-rice are made with Spanish rice instead of white rice. The menu also includes ceviche Veracruzano and Mexico-style shrimp cocktail.
