Shuck Me serves the basic Texas seafood dishes: fried catfish, oysters and shrimp, fries and hush puppies. But the menu also has grilled snapper, grilled salmon, trout and grouper, along with farm-raised catfish and tilapia. And Shuck Me adds some border flavors. The gumbo and red-beans-and-rice are made with Spanish rice instead of white rice. The menu also includes ceviche Veracruzano and Mexico-style shrimp cocktail.
